Reset
A curated retreat for pastors and Christian leaders seeking rest, presence, and a renewed way to lead.
Dates: November 15–17, 2026
Cost: $285 per person
RESET is an invitation to step away, quiet the noise, and rest in the presence of Christ.
Leading in recent years has been marked by disruption, division, uncertainty, and exhaustion. It’s easy to end up in survival mode—reacting, solving, and simply trying to keep going.
Designed for pastors and Christian leaders who have been carrying the weight of leadership and need space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with God.
In anxious times, leadership can easily become reactionary. RESET offers another way: space to become a calm, grounded presence even when the circumstances around you remain uncertain.
With a small group of fellow leaders, you’ll have room to be honest about what you’re carrying—without the pressure to have the answers, perform, or be the one leading the room.
Not peace because everything has been fixed.
Peace and presence in the middle of it.
Dates: November 15–17, 2026
Cost: $285 per person
Registration includes two nights in a private room with a private bathroom, all meals, guided retreat experiences, and access to Hilltop's grounds and contemplative spaces.
What to Expect
RESET isn't another conference, seminar, or leadership training. You won't be overwhelmed with content or sent home with a list of things to accomplish.
The retreat will be shaped by simple rhythms of rest, prayer, solitude, and connection. Short gatherings will center us on the presence of Christ, followed by time for personal reflection and group conversation.
You'll also have generous unstructured time to:
Sit around the firepit
Walk Hilltop's prayer labyrinth
Spend time in the sculptural prayer garden
Hike and enjoy the surrounding mountains
Explore local coffee shops and restaurants
Rest, read, journal, or simply be still
Share meals and honest conversation with other leaders
This is a contemplative setting where you don't have to perform, produce, or accomplish anything. Come as you are and allow yourself to be fully present—with yourself, with others, and with God.
“Most people are more interested in relieving their anxiety than in managing the crisis or planning a clear direction. Their primary goal is anxiety reduction, not renewal.”
— Peter Steinke, Uproar: Calm Leadership in Anxious Times
